As the local Member of Parliament, Jade Benham visited Tyrrell College Sea Lake recently to present captains with their badges.
Ms Benham acknowledged and congratulated Lily and Sophie McClelland (captains) and Aydan Smith and Samantha McConville (junior captains) on their appointment during her Members Statement in Parliament on Wednesday.
Also, during her visit to the school, Ms Benham had the opportunity to address the older students, and discussed with them and listened to their opinions on local issues.
